This page explains how to request deletion of your Luxembourg Expats account and what happens to your data.
The fastest way is to do it yourself from inside the app. You'll need to sign in to confirm it's you.
Email team@luxexpats.lu from the email address tied to your account and we'll process the deletion for you. Please include your username or registered email so we can match the request.
We may retain minimal records required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory obligations (e.g. billing records, abuse reports) for up to 24 months. These records are kept in secured backups and are not used for any product feature after deletion.
